If you would like to create a new Skype account, you can register again at any time free of charge. We'll show you exactly how it works.

Skype registration: Create a new account

Note: Since Skype has been part of Microsoft, you no longer have to create a Skype account. If you already have an existing Microsoft account, you can also log in here.

1. Open the following Skype website, you will be taken directly to the registration.
2. Enter all the required data here and choose a free Skype name.
3. If you then click on the "I agree - continue" button, your account will be created.
4. Now download Skype and start the software.
