Calculate overtime with Excel - how it works
- Download and open this template for Excel.
- Enter the month in which you would like to make the calculation.
- In the field below, enter the hours you have to work per day.
- You can now enter the start and end of your work for the respective days.
- Breaks can also be entered there. You have to enter "08:00" for 8 hours.
- On the right side you will see both overtime and minus hours.
- At the bottom of the table you can see your total working hours and the total overtime or minus hours at the end of the month.
