If you had problems with parcel delivery or with an employee, you can submit a complaint to DPD at any time. We will show you what options there are and how you can reach the right people at DPD.
DPD: Submit complaint online
If you have a general problem, you should take care of the solution yourself for now. See the DPD FAQ section. Here you will find answers to the most common questions.
- If your problem remains unanswered and you still want to file a complaint, the best way to do this is by email. Use the DPD contact form or send the mail directly to .
- DPD will receive your complaint by fax at 01806 373 202 . You can reach DPD on social networks on Facebook and Twitter.
- If you would like to complain about a specific case, you should also have the tracking number ready. Your case can thus be clarified better. It is also helpful to document damage precisely - for example with photos.
DPD customer service: How to complain by phone
A complaint by phone is also possible. However, the call on 01806 373 200 is not free of charge.
- From the German landline, you pay an impressive 20 cents per minute. Up to 60 cents are due from the mobile network.
- You can reach the hotline Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
