File a complaint about 1 & 1 - here it goes
You are in trouble with 1 & 1 and would like to file a complaint. In this practical tip, we will explain where and how you can do this.
File a complaint about 1 & 1 - phone or contact form
Go to the 1 & 1 contact page and click on the first "next" in the area "I am already a 1 & 1 customer".
- At this point, select a product area.
- You are then advised either to call the 1 & 1 hotline 0721 96 00, which is free of charge from the 1 & 1 network, or to click on the "contact form".
- Enter your name, customer number and your email address under "Contact form". After you have specified your inquiry with "Product area" and "Concern", write your complaint below.
- Do not forget to send the letter via "Send". You should get an answer within 48 hours.
