binkw32.dll missing - what to do?
"Binkw32.dll Not Found", this message sometimes appears when you try to start a program. The causes can be different, but the consequence is always the same: the program cannot be started. There is a simple solution to this problem.
Get Binkw32.dll from the Internet
The fastest and easiest solution to your dll problem: Download the missing file from the Internet. Be careful, however, as legitimate-looking sites can often be contaminated with malware or similar malware. A well-known (and safe) site is dll-files.com. Here you will also find the binkw32.dll, which you can save on your computer under "download zip-file". Now all you have to do is save the dll file in the right place:
- System folder: The cause of the dll error is often in the system folder. Therefore copy the binkw32.dll to C: \ Windows \ System.
- Program folder: Another (additional) option is to save the dll file in the program folder. Make sure that you save the binks32.dll in the "Root" (eg: E: \ Program Files \ FIFA 13) and NOT in a subfolder (eg: E: \ Program Files \ FIFA 13 \ Support).
Install patch or update
Another possibility to get the missing binkw32.dll are patches or updates of the respective programs. To do this, you can search for the appropriate downloads on the developer homepage. These usually also solve other (possibly occurring later) problems.
Emergency solution: reinstallation
If you still receive the message "" Binkw32.dll Not Found "or if another dll file is missing, you should reinstall the program, as this could be caused by an incorrect installation. This means that probably not all the necessary files have been downloaded to your computer copied.
