Blau.de: Set up a third-party lock - how it works

Set up a third-party lock on Blau.de
If you set up a third-party lock, you may be able to avoid high costs by unsubscribing in advance. By doing this, you prevent further costs from being processed via your mobile phone bills. Since 2012 it has been regulated by law that every mobile phone provider must offer you this service:
- At Blau.de contact the customer service for the blocking. This works for example via the blue contact form. In the same way, you can also contact the chargeable hotline and describe your concerns.
- Fill out the contact form with your data and select the topic "Other".
- You can then enter your request under "Message". In the screenshot you can see the beginning of a sample text. Then click on "Send request".
- The lock is always free. If you want to use third-party services in the future, you can deactivate the lock in the same way.
