Sprout buckwheat
Germinated buckwheat can be made with simple means. A vessel, water and of course the buckwheat itself are sufficient.
- Soak the desired amount with plenty of water for 20-60 minutes and rinse the buckwheat.
- Place the buckwheat in a germination jar or alternatively a sieve and let it germinate for a day or two. It should be rinsed two to three times a day.
- Let the sprouted buckwheat dry. The product is now ready for use; alternatively there are of course already sprouted buckwheat to buy.
