Most Bundesliga games are played by Sky, also in the 2019/2020 season. Sky is not the only place to kick on TV: You can also watch the games of the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga live and in HD on Sky on iPhone and iPad. We present the two variants to you.
Bundesliga at Sky: All games on live TV
- For currently around 30 euros per month you can receive all games of the 2nd Bundesliga in live at Sky and also get numerous interviews, background reports and repetitions of the games. In the 1. Bundesliga you can see all games on Sky on Saturday (3.30pm / 6.00pm). In addition, as usual, the conferences on Saturday and on match days during the English weeks.
- You can see the full length of the other games on the streaming service DAZN. Bundesliga fans have therefore needed two subscriptions since last season in order not to miss a game.
- With the Sky Sport package for around 30 euros a month, you also get the UEFA Champions League, the DFB Cup and the Premier League.
- You can choose between a classic Sky Sport subscription and a Sky ticket. With a ticket you are more flexible and can book it for the day you want to watch a game. If you want to cheer for the Bundesliga more often, a Sky subscription is worthwhile.
- Tip: You can currently watch Sky for a whole month at the price of a Sky ticket.
Bundesliga received by Sky
You can watch Sky with Sky Go on your computer and smartphone. The reception on the television depends on whether you are watching TV via satellite, cable or IPTV:
- Sky is very easy to receive because the pay-TV provider is represented both in the cable network and via satellite. In addition to a suitable receiver, you do not need any additional hardware.
- Sky also offers its Sky-Q receivers subscription customers, but if you have media streaming at Telekom or Vodafone including a corresponding receiver, you can also watch Sky via it.
The Sky Go app for mobile soccer enjoyment
- With the "Sky-Go-App" for iPhone or iPad, you can currently receive the Bundesliga report from the Sky news program for around 5 euros per month in addition to the live games. A Sky subscription is required.
- You can receive Bundesliga games both via WLAN and an LTE connection in HD. However, your data quota is quickly used up with the last option. Mobile reception is worthwhile for the fairly detailed game coverage of four to ten minutes.
