Use Business Contact Manager - how it works
In the following steps we will explain how to use the CRM software in Outlook.
- Download the extension from the Microsoft Store and install it.
- Start Outlook and click on "Business Contact Manager" at the bottom left.
- Now you have reached the so-called dashboard. Here you have an overview of all functions.
- Thanks to the extended contacts function in the BCM, you have all your business contacts in view - and also in illustrative representations such as graphics, diagrams or reports.
- In the communication history you have an overview of all tasks, notes and emails, regardless of whether they have already been completed or are still pending.
- Sales figures of employees can be visualized in the contact management.
- You manage all projects in the project tasks. Here you can see which project has been assigned to which employee and the current status. You will see this in a clear tabular view.
- The reporting function gives you an insight into business figures, sales and sales opportunities. The BCM contains a variety of report templates, which you can design according to your wishes.
