Busuu: delete account - how it works

If you want to delete your Busuu account, you probably won't find the right way straight away. We show you how it works.

Delete account at Busuu

Since Busuu would like to prevent you from deleting your account at any cost, the function is not found in the settings, but rather well hidden:

1. Open the Busuu website and log in to your account.
2. Click the "Feedback" link at the bottom and select the "Cancel or Remove Account" option.
3. If you then confirm the process, your Busuu account will be permanently deactivated and your data will be deleted.
