Chrome: save and export saved passwords
This guide shows you how to save passwords saved on Chrome and export them to your computer. You need the "ChromePass" program so that you can put your project into practice.
ChromePass: save and export saved passwords
Many current web browsers, including Google Chrome, save your login data, such as user name and password, previously entered on websites in a profile folder provided for this purpose, so that you do not have to enter this data every time. This service enables the freeware "ChromePass" to determine your access data saved under Google Chrome, to save them and to export them on your local computer in any format.
- In addition to the free "ChromePass" program, there is another way to save and export your profile data by copying the "User Data" folder to any folder in the Chrome directory. In contrast to using the free tool, the access data cannot be read out.
