ClickandBuy: Forgot password - what to do?
This practical tip shows you what you can do if you have forgotten your password at ClickandBuy.

- ClickandBuy International Limited discontinued all e-money and payment services - in particular the ClickandBuy Internet payment system - as of April 30, 2016.
- The strong competition is largely responsible for this. Alternative service providers such as PayPal offer users far more functions.
- In addition, with Giropay, the payment service of many large banks, other services such as PayPal, ClickandBuy and Co. are becoming superfluous.

- The "Forgot password" function will therefore only be available temporarily.
Forgot ClickandBuy password - you can do that
- Go to the ClickandBuy homepage, move the mouse pointer over "Login" and then click on "Forgot password?".
- Enter your "Username" or your "Email address" here and write down the security code. To confirm your data, go to "Continue".
- Now answer your security question with the correct answer or enter the temporary password if you already have one. Clicking "Next" will take you to the next step.
- Check your email inbox for new ClickandBuy messages. You should receive an email with a temporary password shortly.
- Copy the temporary password and paste it into the "Enter temporary password:" field on the ClickandBuy page.
- Finally, enter the new password in duplicate and write the security code again.
- By clicking on "Next" you have successfully changed your password.
