Cliparts for MS Office - where can I find them?
To loosen up the text in documents a bit, you can insert cliparts in Microsoft Office. The huge repertoire ranges from large photos to small drawings.
How to find the cliparts in MS Office:
- In the MS Office programs such as Word and Powerpoint, you will find the "Cliparts" button in the "Insert" menu. You have to click on this.
- Now a search window appears in which you have to enter a term - eg "arrow", "auto" or something more abstract like "diagram".
- By default, web search is often deactivated in the Office programs, but this prevents you from accessing thousands of online cliparts.
- Therefore, select "Search in all collections" or (eg in Word 2010) "Include Office.com content".
- More cliparts can also be found on the Microsoft website.
- Tip: You can find cliparts not only in Word or PowerPoint. You can find many other graphics on the web. We'll show you where to find lots of free clipart.
