Call Cortana with Surface Pen - Here's how

You can also use the Windows voice assistant Cortana with the new Surface Pen. The Surface Pro 4 is a new stylus that Cortana can even open at the push of a button.

With the Surface Pen for the Surface Pro 3, Cortana cannot yet be started. This function has been improved in the new model.

• Cortana can be activated with a long press on the end of the pen.
• The new Surface Pen is also compatible with the Surface Pro 3. So you can use the voice control optimally even on the older model.
• You can pre-order the new Surface and the associated pen in the Microsoft Store.
• The pen brings some improvements: 1024 pressure sensitivity levels increase the precision, changeable pen tips simulate different pen types - and of course Cortana is integrated.
• You can buy the pen in the Microsoft Store for around 65 euros. Shipping will start on November 12th.
