CS: GO: Create a clan tag - how it works
To show your team membership in CS: GO, you can create a clan tag. Unfortunately, this doesn't work directly in Counterstrike Global Offensive, but via a Steam group. In this practical tip, we will show you exactly how to proceed and then incorporate your clan day into CS: GO.
Counterstrike Global Offensive: Create team abbreviations
- First you need to create a Steam group and enter the desired clan tag here.
- Then start CS: GO on your PC.
- Click on "Options" in the top right and switch to "Game Settings" via the context menu.
- Under "Team Options" you will find the entry "Team Abbreviations". Here you can choose the clan tag of your Steam group.
- As soon as you click on "Back" at the bottom left, the new settings will be applied.
