Cuphead Guide: These are the best tips and tricks
Many newbies bite their teeth at Cuphead. But that doesn't have to be the case. In our guide, we give you useful tips to get you started, which will make boss fights much easier.
Cuphead Guide - Master parrying as early as possible
- You can parry pink balls or objects in Cuphead to charge super attacks faster.
- What appears to be an optional option at the start of the game is increasingly becoming the tactic needed to quickly eliminate opponents.
- Practice parrying the pink balls in early levels. All you have to do is be close and press the parry / parry button.
Cuphead - don't torture yourself with the standard controls
- The default controls are far from optimal for most players. Therefore, experiment with new settings until you have found a cheap variant for yourself.
- Tip: Cuphead is best played with a controller. Put as many actions on the shoulder buttons as possible to be able to operate with both sticks.
Cuphead Guide - Keep your eyes open when choosing an item
- There are generally no really bad items in Cuphead, but specializations are suitable for beginners that give you more hit points or invulnerability.
- You should choose the "Smokebomb" or the "Heart" for the "Charms". With the Smokebomb you can do it without being damaged and the Heart gives you more hitpoints.
- With your weapons, you should always remember to buy new updates so that you can adapt to opponents ideally.
Cuphead - caution is better than forbearance
- Even if Cuphead feels like you can't take a break, you don't have to return the fire of action.
- If you study your opponent's moveset meticulously, you have an immense advantage. Especially in the Run & Gun levels it is worth stopping instead of always going full throttle.
