Cyanogenmod Bootloop - you can do that
If you have installed the Cyanogenmod on your smartphone or tablet and have a boot loop, the error can usually be quickly remedied. In this practical tip we will tell you what you have to do in this case.
Cyanogenmod bootloop - what to do?
- You can try clearing your smartphone's cache. To do this, start it in Revovery mode and select "Wipe dalvik-cache". Then navigate to "Mounts & Storage" and select "Wipe / cache". Then restart your smartphone.
- There may have been problems installing the mod, which is why this error now occurs. Start the recovery mode again and select "Backup & Restore"> "Backup" to back up your data on the SD card first.
- Then switch to recovery mode again after restarting your smartphone and open "Mounts & Storage". Here you select the options "Wipe / data" and "Wipe / cache". After a restart everything should work again.
- After that you have to reinstall the mods as everything has been deleted. You will find a backup of your data on your SD card.
- Note: If you install the mod again, make sure that all files and folders are completely transferred to your smartphone. Before you start with the Cyanogenmod, you should make sure that you have enough free space on your smartphone.
