D-Link: contact details and hotline for customer service
You can reach D-Link's customer service in many different ways:
- For example, you can contact support through the Self Service Portal. Registered customers can get support for their product via a web interface.
- Alternatively, you can use the telephone hotline on +49 (0) 1807/01 11 10. Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A call from the German landline costs 0.14 euros per minute and a maximum of 0.42 euros per minute from the cell phone network.
- TeamViewer support is a special contact option. Here you allow the D-Link employees access to your computer so that they can fix all problems directly. To do this, install the free TeamViewer software and call customer service at 09001 - 011110. That costs 0.99 euros per minute from the Deutsche Telekom network. Prices may vary from other networks. Employees can be reached Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
