Dead by Daylight: The most important perks
Dead by Daylight is the steam hit right now. In this article we show you the most important perks and what you can do with them.
The best perks for survivors
You can unlock perks via your so-called blood network. They are permanent and, unlike addons, for example, are not lost even after a single use. Each character has their own perks, which they can share with the other survivors from level 30. We show you examples of perks here if you want to act as a healer and supporter.
- Botany Knowledge: With this talent, you can create tinctures that can slow down bleeding. This is particularly helpful if you are on the map relatively mobile anyway and want to help others.
- Leader: If you often run around in a group, this perk can be very useful. With Leader, the other survivors get better repair skills, heal faster, and can sabotage better if you are within 8 meters.
- Prove Yourself: This Perk basically does the same thing as Leader just for you. You will also receive these bonuses for repair, healing and sabotage.
- Lightweight: Especially if you want to be mobile so that you can be with other survivors quickly, we recommend the Perk Lightweight. This means you are faster and make less noise when running.
Important perks for the monster
Each monster has its own special abilities. But unlike the survivors, every monster can access the perks from the start.
- Bitter Murmur: As soon as the exits open, you can read the survivors' aura. These are then displayed for 2-6 seconds (depending on the perk level).
- Unnerving Presence: This perk is particularly nasty, especially as a Wraith. If you are near a survivor, they will face skill checks more often when repairing, healing, or sabotaging. In addition, the bar that the survivor must hit in this skill check becomes smaller.
- No One Escapes Death: If at least one exit has been opened, your active cooldowns are reduced and you get increased movement speed. In addition, your attacks at the highest level of this perk trigger immediate death status on the victim.
