Insert cover page in LibreOffice - how it works
You can also insert a cover page in LibreOffice and leave a good first impression with the reader. You can find the instructions for this in this practical tip.
LibreOffice: Insert cover page - in five steps
- Open the document in LibreOffice. On the top left you will find the current format template in the toolbar. "Standard" is usually selected here.
- Open the list and select "More" at the bottom. Then a small window opens with all available format templates.
- Click on the fourth category "Page Templates" above and select the "First Page" option with a double click (see picture).
- Now the front page can be designed. Using the toolbars at the top, you can specify the type, size, color and orientation of the font and change the background color.
- Small pictures or drawings also look good on cover pages. You can import these via "Insert"> "Image".
We will show you how to change the standard font in LibreOffice in the next practical tip.
