Deezer error: "The requested content cannot be loaded"
The error message "The requested content cannot be loaded" appears when Deezer cannot load a song. This happens when the app does not have enough smart cache available. The solution to this problem is very simple: you need to allocate more space on the app to the app on the micro SD card or in the system memory.
- To do this, start the Deezer app and open the "App settings".
- Scroll down here and click on the slider next to "Smart Cache Storage".
- Drag this to a number that suits you. Always include some buffer so that you don't get the error message again.
- If the error persists, you should review your music and delete any downloaded content. This means that more storage space is available again.
