The series With us and next door delighted many viewers on the CBC Television channel in the 1980s. The spin-off Degrassi from 2016 starts right there again. The series focuses on students from the Degrassi Community School in Canada who are facing numerous problems related to growing up, such as substance abuse, pregnancy and crime.

• There are currently two seasons, each with ten episodes, which you can all access from the VoD service Netflix.
• In any case, you need a Netflix subscription for the stream. Depending on how many friends you subscribe to, you pay a few euros a month.
• The series is not yet available from other streaming providers besides Netflix. However, this may change in the future.
