Taking the dog on the Flixbus - is that possible?

Dog in the Flixbus - only allowed in exceptional cases
The legal situation regarding the question of whether your dog may accompany you on the Flixbus is clear.
- In principle, you are not allowed to take your dog on the Flixbus. Other animals are also not allowed to travel with you. The company specifies this in section 16 of its General Conditions of Carriage.
- Exception : If you have a disability, you can take your companion for the disabled or guide dog with you free of charge. However, this only applies under the following conditions:
- You must be able to show a valid disabled person's ID or a medical certificate.
- Call customer service before booking and no later than 36 hours before departure. Inform the employee that you want to bring a dog on the bus. This is the only way Flixbus can ensure that you can actually take your dog with you.
