Level up in Destiny 2: get up quickly - how it works
In Destiny 2, leveling is a core element of the game. The search for better equipment plays a major role in this. We show you how to get up quickly here.
Level up quickly in Destiny 2
- You start in Destiny 2 with your character at level 1. The maximum level you can reach in the game is level 20.
- The fastest way to reach level 20 is to simply play the campaign (red missions). By completing the main missions, you automatically gain experience points and gradually level up.
- XP is also earned when you defeat opponents or engage in other activities such as raids and strikes.
- Level 20 is reached very quickly. However, the real skill in Destiny 2 is determined by the power level, which is based on the values of your weapons and equipment.
- The power level can have a maximum value of 300 and cannot be reached as quickly. Up to a value of 200, it increases relatively quickly in the course of the story and with side missions.
- Afterwards, you should definitely collect legendary equipment that you receive from rank packs. Save tokens and exchange them for rank packs at the NPCs.
- You get the best equipment from the weekly milestones that are reset every Tuesday. This includes PvP matches, Flashpoint and the twilight strike.
- We recommend that you only tackle these tasks from power level 265 onwards, since they take place on a high level of difficulty.
- With legendary mods that you can attach to weapons and equipment, you also increase your power level.
