Destiny: Weekly twilight strike - you have to keep that in mind
In the weekly twilight strike in Destiny, in English Nightfall, you are faced with a special challenge. We tell you what you should know in advance.
Tips for the weekly Destiny Nightfall twilight strike
The twilight strike is for level 30 players. Even at level 29, you will have problems inflicting damage on enemies. So think carefully beforehand if you want to participate and take the right equipment with you.
- Damage types: Every week a random, different type of damage in the twilight strike does more damage to you, but also to opponents. You have to be careful of monsters that deal the corresponding damage. However, you can also deal extra with the right weapon. For example, the "Solar Flame" modifier increases solar damage.
- Die: The big difference is that the twilight strike is completely reset when all players are dead. This is indicated by the "Twilight" modifier. In addition, individual players are not automatically revived after a while, as is usually the case in Destiny, but must always be brought back by another player.
- Other restrictions: The twilight strike has a few other modifications that randomly come together every week. "Epic" increases the level of difficulty, "Angry" no longer makes opponents feel fear. The Juggler modifier also ensures that you don't get ammunition for the weapon you use to kill - so you often have to switch weapons. You can find further modifiers in the orbit overview of the twilight strike.
- Rewards: In the worst case, you will receive at least 5 Strange Coins for shopping at Xur in the Tower. The twilight strike can also bring you epic or even exotic weapons. That's why you should do it every week if possible. You can find out which weapons you can get in our practical tip on the five best weapons in Destiny.
