DHL-DeliverNow: how it works
With "DeliverNow" DHL Express offers a new, convenient service. We present DeliverNow in this practical tip and show you how to use it.

DHL Express DeliverNow is a service that promises you more flexibility in the delivery of shipments. You can decide for yourself whether there should be another delivery attempt or you can pick up the shipment yourself.
- If you do not find the DHL Express delivery agent, he will leave you a notification.
- You can now decide whether you want to pick up your shipment yourself or whether you would like it to be delivered again.
- You can choose the day and a time slot.
- You can also opt for an alternative delivery address if you are more accessible there.
- Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be delivered to a packing station or the nearest post office.
- Services such as shipment tracking also work for DHL Express DeliveryNow.
This is how DeliverNow works
You only need a few clicks to use the DHL Express DeliveryNow service:
- If the DHL Express messenger does not reach anyone, it will leave you a notification card with a reference number.
- Go to the DHL-DeliverNow website and enter the reference number there.
- If you see an image showing a code, enter the code in the input window below and go to step 5.
- If no graphic is displayed, press [F5] and try again. Otherwise, our practical tips for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari will help you with the problem.
- Click on "Find consignment data" and then choose whether you would like a second delivery or a pick-up.
- With a second delivery, you have the choice whether you want to change the delivery address, for example to your work address.
- Alternatively, you can pick up your shipment yourself at a DHL Express station. In this overview you will find the stations in the area of your postcode. Here you will also find the opening times.
- In both cases you can choose the date and time frame from which your shipment will be delivered or should be ready for collection.
- Bring your notification card and ID with you for collection.
- Enter your email address. You will receive an email as confirmation of the receipt of your order.
- If, after booking, you are no longer satisfied with the delivery time or address given, you can change it by telephone on 0180 6 345 500. You can find office hours and telephone charges in the DHL Express FAQ on page 7.
