In order to regain access to the computer, it is usually sufficient to reset the client password on the domain controller. To do this, you must first log in as a local admin.
- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter the "powershell" command here and confirm with "OK".
- Now type "Start-Process powershell -Verb runAs" and confirm with the [Enter] key. Powershell now starts as an administrator.
- The command "Reset-ComputerMachinePassword -Server domain controller -Credential domain \ user" resets the password on the domain controller.
- Restart the computer and log in as normal as a domain user.
