Make dips in the Thermomix yourself: The 3 best recipes
If you are the proud owner of a Thermomix, you can conjure up delicious dips in no time with the practical mixer. We present the three best recipes in this article.
Feta and paprika dip from the Thermomix
A delicious and light dip for four people is ready in no time in the Thermomix.
- Crush 30 g of dried apricots in the mixing pot for four to five seconds at level 5.
- Add a washed and pitted red pepper and mix at level 5 for six seconds.
- Now add 100 g of Greek yogurt and 100 g of feta. Mix everything at level 3 for 15 seconds.
- Transfer the dip into a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Stir in a little chopped chives with a spoon.
- Tip: If you want less salt flavor in the dip and the mass a little creamier, add a little mozzarella to the blender. A dash of cream refines the taste and gives it some elegance.
Thermomix recipe for spicy avocado wild garlic dip
Here, too, the quantities given are a dip for four people.
- Wash 50 g of fresh wild garlic and put it in the mixing bowl. Shred for 5 seconds at level 6.
- Use the spatula to push the shredded wild garlic down. Then add 150 g avocado pulp, 10 g lemon juice and a strong pinch of salt.
- Set the mixer to level 8 for 5 seconds. Then the spicy dip is ready.
- Tip: If you want to give the dip some freshness, add a dash of lime juice.
Refreshing cucumber-mint dip from the Thermomix
Four people can also use this dip.
- First put about a bunch of mint and a stalk of parsley in the mixing bowl. Crush both at level 8 for 20 seconds.
- Use the spatula to push the mass down. Then add 200 g of cream cheese, 100 g of Greek yogurt, the juice of half a lemon and half of a pitted cucumber to the blender.
- Set the Thermomix to level 5 for three seconds. Fill the dip into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Tip: If you like ginger and a little spiciness in this dip, grate a little dried chilli into the mixture. Freshness and hotness are a tasty combination.
