How to find the Top Secret Control Panel on Discord
If you want to find the Top Secret Control Panel while browsing the Discord application, you need to take a close look. It's easy to miss if you don't know where to look. Although Discord is available on smartphones and the PC, the function is currently only available in the PC version. Here's how to get to the Top Secret Control Panel:
- First you need to download and install the Discord desktop application.
- Open the program after the successful installation. You do not need to log in to find the Top Secret Control Panel.
- Navigate to your Windows taskbar and click the arrow to reveal hidden icons. By default, the Windows taskbar is located at the bottom of your screen.
- Then right-click on the Discord icon. Here you will find the grayed out Top Secret Control Panel at the top.

- One possibility is that the control panel was inserted prematurely and activated at a later time via update. Behind it could be special developer tools that allow programmers to write programs for Discord.
- Some users make fun of it and suspect a global conspiracy behind the previously harmless greyed out function.
- Another possibility is that the Top Secret Control Panel is just the name of the menu displayed. This theory is confirmed by the fact that resourceful users tried to activate the greyed out menu item and found that no functions were stored in the program code for it.
Discord Easter Eggs: These surprises have hidden the makers
Discord was made by gamers for gamers and it is not surprising that the developers have hidden some Easter Eggs in their service. In contrast to the functions of the Top Secret Control Panel, these have already been found. We present a few of them to you:
