The Division 2 Clan: Finding, joining, founding - how it works
At Tom Clancy's The Division 2 there is the possibility to create a clan or to search for other groups and join them. You can find out exactly how this works in this practical tip.
The activation of the clan option in Division 2
A great attraction of The Division 2 is the opportunity to share the fun with others in a common clan. It doesn't matter whether you want to start a clan yourself or whether you want to join another one. Because first you have to unlock the clan option.
- Clans only come into question for the player in the course of the story. Because before you meet Grace Larson on the roof of the theater settlement, the option is not available. If you play their missions, you can recruit the woman.
- After two NPC missions and completing the 'Viewpoint Museum' mission, it is now possible to create a clan at Grace's workplace in the east wing of the White House.
- But be careful: at least four players are required for Clan XP and the further development of the clans. Then a shared world of new skins and rewards opens up for you.
- In total, you can share your clan with up to 50 players, for whom there are two voice channels with a limit of 25 people each. In addition, you can send messages to your clan members and coordinate possible events as a leader.
Create, search for, or join a clan
- If you want to be part of a clan, you can either access the corresponding options via Grace, or you can choose the clan tile in the game menu.
- The formation of a clan requires the participation of other members, which you can invite via the player overview in the clan menu.
- There you will also find the search option to join another group. Of course, this is also possible through an invitation from the clan.
- Once you have created a clan yourself, you can choose a name and emblem for your group and, for example, set preferences regarding privacy, language and seasons.
- In order to unlock the 'Clan Collision' and 'Outnumbered' achievements, you must inevitably join a clan.
