Forgot DKB PIN - what to do?
If you have forgotten your DKB PIN, you can no longer log in to online banking. We show you what you have to do in this practical tip.
DKB PIN lost for online banking - act quickly
(If you've lost your card's PIN, read the next section.)
- If you have lost or forgotten your PIN for online banking, you must have a new PIN created.
- Unfortunately, for security reasons, you cannot create a new PIN yourself. You cannot get the old PIN back either.
- To have a new PIN sent to you, you must contact the bank.
- You can do this on the one hand using a contact form on the DKB website
- However, it is best if you call a customer advisor. The phone number 030 120 300 00 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, it is not a hotline, but a normal landline number with a Berlin area code.

Forgot DKB PIN for card
If you have not lost the PIN for online banking but for one of your cards, you can also apply for a new one here.
- The PIN is not saved by the bank for security reasons, so you must apply for a new card.
- If you have access to internet banking, you can apply for a replacement card with a new PIN yourself.
- Simply log in to the Internet banking portal and switch to the "Service" area. Select the point to apply for a new card here and follow the further instructions.
- If you do not have access to online banking, you can order the card by email or phone (030 120 300 00).
