Terminate domainFACTORY - that's how it's done

If you no longer want to use your domain from domainFACTORY, you can simply cancel it. We'll show you how it's done.

The easiest way to cancel is with this cancellation form. Alternatively, you can use another form in some cases:

• Log in to domainFACTORY online and you will find the "Online termination" category.
• When you log in for the first time, you either switched the online termination option on or off. Depending on the past choice, you will now find a function for online termination or a PDF for download.
• If you can cancel your domain online, simply confirm the process. After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation.
• If the PDF is offered for download, fill it out and send it by fax to 0800 323 99 00 or by post to the following address: domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Str. 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany.
