Create doodle in 5 steps
Arranging appointments has never been so easy: With "Doodle" you can create appointments with friends or meetings with business partners and colleagues - in just 5 steps.
Step 1: Information about the appointment
The appointment coordination takes place at www.doodle.com - there you can get to the input mask immediately with the button "Find appointment". Now you will be asked to enter a title and optionally the location and a more detailed description; also your name and email address. You will also be sent the link to arrange an appointment later. All information is confirmed by "continue".
Step 2: Select the date
On the next page, you can specify all possible days in the calendar with a click of the mouse that should be included in the Doodle vote.
Step 3: set the times
In the next step, you can enter up to three different times for each specified date. If you need one or more all-day appointments for longer meetings, just leave the fields blank.
Step 4: Select survey type
The Doodle surveys allow five different answer types, which you can set individually.
- Standard survey: Each participant can confirm several appointments and see the appointment requests of other participants. You can simply click on "continue".
- Yes-No-If-It-Must-Be-Survey: In addition to the answer options "Yes" and "No", your participants can also work here with the category "If need be".
- Hidden survey: With this option, only you as the survey creator can see the answers of the participants.
- One option per participant: With this form of survey, each participant can only select one date or time.
- Maximum number of participants per appointment: As soon as the max. Number of participants has been reached, no further participants can use this appointment.
Step 5: Send invitations
Once you have chosen the type of survey you want, you can invite the participants. For this, Facebook, Twitter, email and also the direct link to the survey are available on the following page. You will also receive an email with the direct link to the survey.
