DPD doesn't ring - so do the right thing
- Contact DPD. Have your tracking number ready for this.
- You can reach customer service at 0180-6373200 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The call will cost you 20 cents a minute.
- There is also a contact form on the DPD website.
- Describe the facts and ask for a new delivery on a specified date. You do not have to agree to a pick-up at a parcel station.
- Also inform the sender that the parcel carrier has not attempted delivery. This is especially important if the package is returned to the shipping address with the note "Acceptance refused" or "Delivery could not be delivered". You can also discuss the further procedure with the shipper if DPD cannot deliver your package again.
