As soon as the online shop has given your parcels to DPD, you will receive the shipment number promptly via email.
- You can use the tracking number to track the route of your parcels online at DPD. The expected delivery date is also displayed.
- If the delivery date of the parcel service does not fit into your schedule, simply change the delivery date online.
- To change the delivery date, first call up the DPD package navigator.
- After you have entered the delivery number of your parcel, the parcel service offers you a few change options.
- To receive a new delivery date for your package, select the "Change day" option, which can be recognized by the calendar icon.
- In total, the delivery date can be postponed by up to seven days. If it suits you best at the weekend, choose Saturday. The parcel service will also deliver your parcel.
- If you want to change the delivery date quickly while on the go using your smartphone, this works just as easily with the DPD Android app or alternatively with the DPD app for iOS.
