DPD shipment tracking does not work: you can do that
DPD shipment tracking usually does not work because the package has not been on the road long enough. It may take up to 24 hours before you can track the shipment online. In our practical tip, we explain what else can be the reason and what you can do.
DPD shipment tracking does not work - what to do?
- Most of the time, the program is simply not on the move long enough. On weekends, it can also take longer than 24 hours to track your package.
- So wait until the next working day and try again in the evening.
- Make sure that you are using the correct website. Track your package with DPD tracking.
- Check that you are using the correct number. The parcel label number that you need for shipment tracking is an 11-digit number code between two letters.
- Check the entered number for typing errors and make sure that your shipment was really sent with DPD.
- If shipment tracking still doesn't work, read the next paragraph.
DPD shipment tracking is not possible: contact the sender or DPD
- Wait a few days first, the shipment may still be delivered. The regular shipping time for DPD is 1 to 2 working days, for shipments to other European countries up to four working days.
- If the shipment does not arrive, you can contact the sender. The tracking number given may not be correct.
- If you are the sender yourself or contact with the sender does not result in anything, you can also contact DPD customer service.
- Enter the sender and recipient address as well as the parcel label number.
