To prevent your card from being misused, you should report the loss to DriveNow immediately:
- In this case, the fastest way to do this is via the DriveNow telephone hotline.
- You can reach customer service at any time via +491806292929. That costs you 20ct per minute from a landline. A maximum of 60ct per minute is due from the mobile network.
- The DriveNow service fees show that in this case you have to pay € 10 for a new card.
