With our tips below, your printer should quickly work properly again.
- There may be dust or dirt inside the printer. If so, remove it carefully but thoroughly.
- You need the latest driver for the printer to print properly. You can simply download and install it from the manufacturer's website.
- Some printers experience problems if they do not use original cartridges. These can clog the nozzles and slow down the printer. Therefore, only use the original cartridge from the manufacturer.
- Try unplugging the printer for about 10 seconds. This also often solves problems.
- You can also try uninstalling the printer using Control Panel> Devices and Printers and then reinstalling it.
- In some cases there is also an error in the printer software. Therefore, you should reset the printer.
