Printer only prints blank pages - you can do that
If your printer only prints blank pages, the ink cartridges may be empty. However, other components can also be responsible for this problem. Below we will show you ways to fix the problem.
Printer only prints blank pages - what to do?
- First, make sure that the print cartridges are full. This can be checked using the settings on the printer.
- If an ink cartridge is empty, the other cartridges may no longer work because of this. In this case it makes sense to replace all cartridges at once so that the printer works again.
- However, if the cartridges are still well filled, you should take a closer look at them. Remove each cartridge and gently wipe it over a kitchen towel. If there is no abrasion, the nozzle may be clogged or the ink may have dried up.
- You can also carefully try to clean the cartridge with a cotton swab. "Print head cleaning" can be carried out in the settings on the printer itself.
- If this does not help, you can try to disconnect the printer from the power supply for approx. 10 seconds. Then print again.
- If you can't fix the problem with these tips, there may be a major problem with the printer. Please contact manufacturer support.
