Edit DXF files - so it'll work

In contrast to the DWG format, the CAD vector graphics format DXF is based on text and is therefore easier to edit.

• If you have installed Corel Draw on your computer, you can use it to open and edit a DXF file.
• You don't have to spend a lot of money to open and edit a DXF file. Editing works with the open source program OpenOffice Draw, which is already included in the OpenOffice Suite.
• To open a DXF file in OpenOffice, select "Insert -> Image -> From file" in the menu. Here you can also filter by the ending DXF.
