E-Plus down - help with faults and problems
If there is a fault in the network at the provider E-Plus, there may be a longer downtime. We will show you how to identify a malfunction and how to accelerate a malfunction.
Update: Currently massive disruptions in E-Plus
Currently (April 21st) there seem to be massive disruptions in the E-Plus network. Both calls and SMS messages are affected. Since the problem lies with E-Plus itself, you can only wait and hope that the malfunction will be fixed soon.

E-Plus down: Detect malfunction
To find out whether the fault is really in the E-Plus network, pay attention to the following features.
- You still have no network for a long period of time, even after you switch the phone on again. Also try outside of buildings or in places where you know you normally have a network.
- Look on the Internet: At allestoerungen.de, users of the network report errors. You can report a problem here, but this message does not reach E-Plus as it is a private website.
Report a fault to E-Plus
If the E-Plus network is down, you should report your fault to E-Plus.
- On the E-Plus website you will find quick help, with which you can first check the functionality of your mobile phone with a few questions.
- Alternatively, you can report the fault directly to E-Plus customer service. To do this, call 1000 from an E-Plus network or from the landline 0049 177-177-1000.
