E-postage: top up the postage account - how it works
To be able to use e-postage, you must first register for an account.
- You can then top up your account directly using an add-in from Microsoft Word, OpenOffice and LibreOffice.
- To do this, navigate in the respective program in the menu to "E-Postage" and log into your customer account.
- Then select "Pay for E-postage" and "Top up postage". Then your browser opens.
- You will now see your current account balance and can then top up your account by clicking on the "Load postage" button.
- Enter your desired amount and pay either via PayPal or via online transfer. To use PayPal, you have to charge at least 10 euros.
- The amount is then available to you. You can also top up your account directly online.
- Your e-postage is valid for a total of three years.
