EasyJet: Submit a complaint - that's how it works
If you would like to submit a complaint to EasyJet, the best way to do this is by email. We will show you the options and how to get rid of your complaint.
Submit a complaint to EasyJet
- On the following EasyJet website you will find the "Write us" category at the bottom. Here you can send in your complaint using a contact form. You will then receive an answer by email.
- Alternatively, you can submit your complaint by phone. From the German landline, however, you pay 20 cents a minute on 01806060 606. We therefore recommend the contact form.
- If you wish, you can also send your request directly to EasyJet. Please use the following email address:
EasyJet: Board complaint and arbitration board
- If your concern is not heard, you can submit a complaint to the board in writing. Your letter will then go directly to the Easyjet board. Write in the subject "Board complaint".
- Then send your complaint to the following address: easyJet Airline Company Limited, Hangar 89 London Luton Airport, Luton LU2 9PF, England. Make sure that the letter is sufficiently franked and, if possible, written in English.
- If your problem has still not been solved, you can contact the arbitration board for public passenger transport. SÖP will then try to mediate between you and EasyJet. You can find the form on the SÖP website.
