You can also give a novel away as an eBook. In this article we tell you which providers this service is possible.
Give away eBooks with Thalia
To give away eBooks with Thalia, first go to the Thalia website:
- Find the book you want to give away in the online shop.
- Click on the "Give away eBook" button.
- Fill out the form with your data and that of the recipient.
- An individual voucher with download code will be sent to the recipient of the eBook by email. Alternatively, you can print out the voucher and hand it over.
Hand over eBooks with Amazon as a gift
- In Germany it is unfortunately not possible to give away eBooks directly with Amazon. In the article "Giving away Kindle eBooks - is that possible?" we show you an alternative how you can still give away with Amazon eBooks.
- Here you will find a bestseller list from which you can choose a book.
Give away electronic books with eBook.de
You can also use a gift function on the eBook.de website:
- Find a book in the ebook.de shop that you would like to give away.
- Click on the "Give away" button.
- Follow the ordering process.
- The recipient receives a message from eBook.de with instructions on how to download the book.
