Read eBooks via Dropbox in iBooks - so it'll work
With Dropbox, you can easily add eBooks to your iBooks on an iOS device for reading. We show you how to do this on iOS 7:
Add eBooks to your Dropbox
If you don't have a Dropbox account yet, create one here for free.
- Log in to your Dropbox account and create a new folder in which you would like to save your eBooks. If you already sync a folder on your PC or Mac with Dropbox, you can also create a folder for your eBooks using the desktop application.
- Copy the desired eBooks into your Dropbox folder. Your files are now ready for download to your iOS device.
Add eBooks via Dropbox iBooks
To add the eBook to iBooks, you must have the free Dropbox app installed on your iOS device.
- Open the Dropbox app and navigate to the folder where you saved the eBook.
- Click on the desired eBook file to open it.
- Now click on the "Share" icon at the bottom left and tap on "Open in ...".
- Select "Open in iBooks". The eBook is now added to your iBooks library and you can access it directly from the iBooks app.
