With Teamspeak you can communicate with your fellow players while playing online. This practical tip will tell you what you can do about an echo in Teamspeak.
Teamspeak echo: Do not output microphone via loudspeaker

- To do this, open the Control Panel and go to "Hardware and Sound" and then to "Sound".
- Right-click on your playback device such as headphones or speakers and click on "Properties".
- Under the "Level" tab you will find the entry for your microphone below.
- Here you have to click on the loudspeaker symbol so that a red strikethrough circle appears. Your microphone is no longer output through your own speakers.
Teamspeak echo: The integrated echo attenuation
Another way to suppress an echo at Teamspeak is the integrated echo attenuation and attenuation:
- Use the key combination [Alt] + [P] to open the Teamspeak settings.
- Select the "Recording" tab on the left.

Teamspeak echo: headphones instead of speakers
If switching off your microphone via your own speakers and echo cancellation has not been enough, it is best to switch to a headset:
