- Start Eclipse as usual and go to "Settings".
- Select the "Network Connections" option on the left and select the "HTTP" entry.
- Then click on "Edit" on the right. A new window opens for editing the entry.
- Then enter the address of the proxy server you want to use under "Host".
- If the network requires authentication, check the box and enter the relevant data below.
- Finally save the settings by clicking "OK".
