The MyScriptFont online service enables you to easily design your own fonts for Windows and, for example, install your own handwriting as a true-type font.
- Download the template via the link and then fill out the printed pdf template.
- Enter the letters in the fields. For an optimal result, pay attention to a clear and clear font; it is best to use a medium-thick felt pen.

- Then upload the scanned manuscript file to myscriptfont.com. Enter the name of your font under »Name your font«.
- If you select "True Type Font (TTF)" under "Select a format", no change is necessary; alternatively, save in OTF format. Finally, use »Send file«.

The service now creates the new font; this action can take some time. Then load the font in TTF or OTF format onto your system by clicking on the name given in the "Result" frame.
- After you have unpacked the file archive, copy the fonts contained (TTF or OTF files) into the Windows directory »C: \ Windows \ Fonts« or »\ Library \ Fonts« (under Mac OS). You can see a finished result in the screenshot.
