Create a Gmail blacklist - how it works!
You can create a blacklist in just a few steps in the Gmail interface. There is no special blacklist function, but a filter that moves certain mails directly to the trash does the same job.
- Open your Gmail interface. In the search bar, click the small down arrow on the right.
- You can now create a filter in the open menu. In the "From" section, enter an email address from which you no longer wish to receive emails. You can also block an entire domain by just entering the "@" and the domain behind it. For example, like this: "@ example.de".
- Confirm your entry by clicking on "Create filter with these search criteria".
- Now check the "Delete" box in the following menu. Confirm with "Create filter".
