How to deactivate the snap function in Windows
- Open the "Control Panel" by clicking on the start or Windows icon in the lower left of the task bar and then on "Control Panel".
- Select the entry "Ease of use".
- Under the "Ease of Access Center" click on "Change how the keyboard works".
- You must now remove the checkmark before the "Activate snap-in function" item. In addition, you should click on "Set snap-in function" and remove the tick at "Activate snap-in function after pressing the SHIFT key five times".
- Confirm the changes by clicking on "Apply".
